1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "x777gg," "we," "us," "our" — refers to the operator of the x777gg platform accessible at x777gg.org, its affiliates, agents, and authorized representatives.
• "Platform" — refers to the x777gg website, any associated mobile-optimized interface, games, tools, features, and services accessible at x777gg.org.
• "User," "you," "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the x777gg Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the registered user account created by a User on the x777gg Platform.
• "PHP Wallet" — the PHP-denominated virtual balance maintained within a User's x777gg Account for the purpose of placing wagers and receiving winnings.
• "GCash" — the mobile wallet and payment service operated by G-Xchange, Inc. in the Republic of the Philippines, used by x777gg as a primary deposit and withdrawal channel.
• "PAGCOR" — the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government-owned and controlled corporation authorized to operate, license, and regulate games of chance in the Philippines.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

By creating an Account and using the x777gg Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are a resident of the Republic of the Philippines or are otherwise legally permitted to access and use online gaming platforms under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction;
• You are not a compulsive or problem gambler who has previously requested self-exclusion from any gaming platform, including x777gg;
• You are not acting on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party in relation to your Account;
• All information provided during registration and during ongoing account use is accurate, complete, and current.

x777gg reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently suspended, and any balances in such accounts will be forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) Account on the x777gg Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you must provide a valid Philippine mobile number, which will serve as your primary identifier and the channel through which security codes and account notifications are sent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. x777gg will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You agree to notify x777gg immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any breach of security. x777gg reserves the right to suspend any Account pending investigation of suspected unauthorized access.

4 Deposits & Payments

x777gg accepts deposits exclusively through the following payment channels, all processed in Philippine Peso (PHP):

• GCash (G-Xchange, Inc.)
• PayMaya (Maya Bank, Inc.)
• BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands)
• BDO (Banco de Oro Unibank, Inc.)
• Metrobank (Metropolitan Bank & Trust Company)
• Authorized cash-in partners (e.g., 7-Eleven, M Lhuillier)

The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso One Hundred (₱100.00). Deposits are credited to your PHP Wallet upon confirmed receipt by x777gg's payment systems. x777gg does not accept deposits in any foreign currency. All balances on the Platform are denominated and displayed exclusively in Philippine Pesos.

5 Withdrawals

Users may request withdrawal of available PHP Wallet balances at any time through the withdrawal function in their Account dashboard. x777gg's target processing time for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals is approximately sixty (60) minutes from the time of a verified withdrawal request. x777gg makes no absolute guarantee of processing time but commits to processing all requests within twenty-four (24) hours under normal operating conditions.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The withdrawal amount must meet the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold as stated on the Platform.
• The Account must be fully verified, including identity verification, prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used for deposits to the Account, or to a verified method linked to the Account holder's confirmed identity, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• x777gg reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals above certain amounts, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 6 below.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

x777gg may, at its sole discretion, offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, reload bonuses, or other incentives to Users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (turnover requirement) that must be met before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from bonus funds may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated at the time of each offer.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where a bonus has been fully unlocked through satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirement.
• x777gg reserves the right to cancel any bonus offer and recover bonus funds from a User's Account if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or any other prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
• In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the x777gg Platform operate on the basis of certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for RNG-based games, and on real-time outcomes for live dealer games streamed from certified studios. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot and RNG game is published within the respective game information panel.

Once a wager has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it is final and may not be cancelled or amended by the User. x777gg reserves the right to void any wager that was accepted due to a technical error, display error, or manifest pricing error, and to refund the wagered amount to the User's PHP Wallet.

x777gg's records of game outcomes and transactions constitute the authoritative record for all disputes. In the event of a discrepancy between the User's display and x777gg's server records, the server records shall prevail.

8 Responsible Gaming

x777gg strictly complies with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. Users who wish to self-exclude from the Platform may do so through the Account settings or by contacting x777gg support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours and, once applied, cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the x777gg Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registration of multiple accounts (multi-accounting);
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to manipulate game outcomes or exploit Platform features;
• Collusion with other Users to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploitation of software errors, bugs, or display errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Any fraudulent activity in relation to deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims, including chargeback fraud;
• Use of the Platform for money laundering or any activity in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);
• Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by individuals under the age of 21;
• Any conduct that constitutes a violation of applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the x777gg Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, audio, and video, is the property of x777gg or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, transmitted, or distributed in any form without the prior written consent of x777gg.

Game content provided by third-party game suppliers (including JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and others) is subject to those suppliers' respective intellectual property rights. x777gg holds valid licenses to offer such content to Users on the Platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x777gg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including without limitation losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or connectivity issues.

x777gg's total liability to any User for any cause of action shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that User's PHP Wallet at the time the relevant event giving rise to liability occurred.

x777gg does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12 Suspension & Termination

x777gg reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where x777gg has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has violated these Terms & Conditions, applicable law, or PAGCOR regulations. Upon termination, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Any verified real-money balance remaining in a compliant Account will be returned to the User via their registered payment method following any necessary AML verification procedures.

Users may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting x777gg customer support. Self-exclusion requests are governed by Section 8.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14 Amendments

x777gg reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, x777gg will notify registered Users via the contact information associated with their Account and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the x777gg Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
